1. Professional Guidance & Product Usage

 Patch Test Recommended: Your skin's health is our priority. We strongly advise all customers to perform a patch test on a small area of skin before the full application of any new product to ensure compatibility.

 Individual Results: Skincare is a personal journey. You acknowledge that results may vary from person to person based on skin type, environmental factors, and individual biological responses.

 Expert Curation: While our products are handpicked by experts in beauty care, the information provided on this site is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional consultation.

2. Shipping & Product Origin Policy

We are committed to full transparency regarding our shipping processes. Please note that shipping rates and delivery timelines vary depending on the product's origin.

 Multi-Warehouse Logistics: To ensure absolute authenticity and freshness, our products are dispatched directly from our dedicated international warehouse network located in Canada and South Korea.

 Delivery & Processing:

 Shipments from our Canadian facility generally take 4–7 business days to arrive, with a 1–2 business day handling time.

 Shipments from our South Korean facility generally take 7–14 business days to arrive, with a handling time of up to 4 business days depending on customs and carrier clearance.

 Customs, Duties & Taxes:

 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): For specific routes where indicated, shipping is all-inclusive and duties are pre-paid.

 DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Orders may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Important Operational Policies

 Multiple Shipments: If your order contains products from different warehouse origins, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

4. Returns, Damaged, & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. All return practices strictly adhere to international consumer protection regulations.

 Reporting Errors or Damages: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the item and the shipping label. Verified claims are eligible for an immediate zero-cost replacement or a 100% full refund.

 Change-of-Mind Returns: To guarantee that every customer receives skincare products in their original, pristine, and uncompromised hygienic state, we accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. This applies only provided that the product is completely unopened, unused, and remains in its original sealed packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Opened or unsealed products are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations.

5. Authenticity, Governing Law & Liability

 Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee that all branded products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from verified official distributors in South Korea.

 Liability Disclaimer: As a distributor and retail platform, and not a manufacturer, Rysdac is not liable for any individual adverse skin reactions or side effects. Customers must review the ingredients list for known allergens before purchase.

 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
