Returns, Damaged, & Incorrect Items Policy

  • Reporting Errors or Damages: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim swiftly, please provide a clear photo showing the issue alongside a photo of the shipping label on the package.

  • Our Solution Guarantee: Once the error or damage is verified, we will instantly offer you the choice between:

    1. A brand-new replacement sent to you immediately at zero extra cost.

    2. An immediate refund issued from our end. (Please note: While we process refunds instantly, it may take a few business days to appear in your account depending on your bank's policies).

  • Change-of-Mind Returns: To guarantee that every customer receives skincare products in their original, pristine, and uncompromised hygienic state, we accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact info@rysdac.com to initiate a return. Once shipped items are opened, they are no longer eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.
