By default, most of our items are stocked and shipped directly from our primary warehouse in Canada To ensure absolute authenticity and freshness for our specialized skincare collections, those specific products are dispatched from our dedicated international facilities in Canada and South Korea.

1. Shipments from Canada warehouse:

 USA: $9.90USD (Shipping & Duties Pre-paid - DDP). Delivery:5-8 business days.

 Canada: $4.93USD (Shipping & Duties Pre-paid - DDP). Delivery: 4–7 business days.

 Rest of the World: 10.61 USD (Shipping Unpaid - DDU). Delivery: 9–14 business days.

 Processing time for all orders: 1–2 business days.

2. Shipments from South Korea:

Shipping Method:  orders from south korea are shipped via Korea Post and include a tracking number.

Shipments from south Korea to

USA & Europe: ~$5.00 USD (Shipping & Duties Pre-paid - DDP). Delivery: 7–14 business days.

Canada & Other Countries: ~$5.00 USD (Shipping Unpaid - DDU). Delivery: 7–14 business days.

Processing time for all orders: 4–5 business days.

 Note: All shipments include a tracking number.

 Customs & Duties Definitions:

 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We cover all duties and taxes. No extra fees upon delivery.

 DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): You may be responsible for local import duties and taxes upon arrival
