By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are a legal adult and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Professional Guidance & Product Usage

Patch Test Recommended: we strongly advise all customers to perform a patch test on a small area of skin before full application of any new product to ensure compatibility.

Individual Results: Skincare is a personal journey. You acknowledge that results may vary from person to person based on skin type, environmental factors, and individual biological responses.

Expert Curation: While our products are handpicked by experts in pharmacy care, the information provided on this site is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical diagnosis or consultation.

2. Shipping & Origins

Shipping & Product Origin Policy

We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Here is how we manage our product availability and shipping:

 Global Sourcing: Our primary inventory is housed in our North America warehouse. To ensure you have access to an even wider range of products, we also offer items sourced directly from our suppliers in South Korea.

 Transparency: If an item is being shipped directly from our South Korea warehouse, this will be clearly specified in the product description.

 Multiple Shipments: If your order contains products from different origins, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

 Shipping Duration: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these estimates do not include weekends or public holidays in the country of origin.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU vs. DDP)

 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): All items shipped from our North America warehouse to Canada and the USA are sent on a DDP basis, meaning all duties and taxes are included.

 DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): All items shipped from our South Korea warehouse (and any international shipments outside of North America) are shipped on a DDU basis.

 Customer Responsibility: The total paid at checkout covers only the product and shipping costs. The customer (importer) is solely responsible for any customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or import fees imposed by local authorities upon arrival in the destination country.

4. Authenticity & Liability

Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee that all products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official sources in South Korea.

Liability Disclaimer: As a clinical distributor and not a manufacturer, RYSDAC is not liable for any side effects or adverse skin reactions. Customers must review the ingredients list for known allergens before purchase.

5. Returns & Quality Assurance Policy

 Chemical Stability & Storage: Our products contain high-performance active ingredients that require strict environmental controls (e.g., temperature and light stability) to maintain their effectiveness and safety.

Health & Safety Commitment: To guarantee that every customer receives a product in its original, pristine, and uncompromised state, we operate a Strict Non-Return Policy.

Quality Control: Once a product leaves our distribution center, we can no longer verify its storage conditions. Therefore, to protect our customers and ensure the biological integrity of every item we ship, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

•International Shipments: Due to the complexities of international logistics and our commitment to public health, all international sales are final.

• Order Limits: To ensure smooth customs clearance for personal use, each order is limited to a maximum of 7 items.

6. Errors, Damages & Unboxing

Reporting Period: Any order errors or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Documentation: To process a claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. This video must show the package being opened for the first time to verify the condition and accuracy of the items.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

12-Hour Window: Customers have 12 hours from purchase to modify address or contact details. After this, the customer assumes full responsibility for data accuracy.

Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or security/fraud flags.

8. Refund Process

 Processing Time: Authorized returns may take up to 14 days to reach our international warehouse for inspection.

Approval: Once receipt is confirmed and technical inspection is passed, refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
