At RYSDAC, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your clinical beauty products. To ensure maximum product stability and efficacy, we ship directly from our climate-controlled international hubs.

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched from our facility.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on the product’s origin (specified on the product page) and your destination.

A. Shipments from our North America Warehouse

• USA & Canada: 4 to 7 Business Days.

• Europe: Maximum 10 Business Days.

• Asia: Maximum 15 Business Days.

B. Shipments from our South Korea Warehouse

• USA & Europe: Maximum 12 Business Days.

• Middle East: Maximum 15 Business Days.

3. Customs, Duties & Order Limits

• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): All orders are shipped on a DDU basis. The recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

• Order Limits: To ensure a smooth customs clearance process for personal use, each order is limited to a maximum of 7 items.

• Global Operations: Please note that RYSDAC LIMITED does not provide shipping services to the United Kingdom.

4. Product Stability & Handling
