1. Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Items

At RYSDAC, we guarantee authenticity and quality. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, the following strict protocol applies:

• Initial Reporting: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.

• Technical Inspection Requirement: Please note that a video alone is not sufficient for a final refund approval. RYSDAC policy requires the physical return of the item to our international warehouse for professional technical inspection.

• Return Logistics: It may take up to 14 business days for the returned item to reach our international facility.

2. Inspection Results & Refund Process

Once the item is received and inspected at our international warehouse:

• If confirmed Damaged/Incorrect: A full refund (including the original shipping cost) will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt at our warehouse.

• If the item is found to be In Good Condition: If the inspection proves the item is pristine and matches the description (and the claim was unjustified), international return shipping fees and administrative costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Only the remaining balance will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Final Sale & Storage Integrity

• Health & Safety: Except for verified cases of damage or error, all sales are final. Due to our strict commitment to the stability of our products and the health of our community, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

• Storage Control: This policy ensures that every product sold by RYSDAC has never been compromised by external storage conditions, guaranteeing the highest quality standards.
